On 29 and 30 September 2010, employees and attorneys of Bar association Customs & Corporate Lawyers participated in the International Forum "The Customs Union in 2010: First Results and Prospects", which was held at the Congress Center of the hotel «Swissotel Red Hills"

The program of the Forum, September 29, in Sessions 1 - Review and discussion in force and upcoming changes in customs legislation of the Customs Union 2010-2011. on the topic: "Problems of law enforcement to assess the customs value of goods", was declared the Head of the Bar association Customs & Corporate Lawyers (participating company Customs & Corporate Lawyers) Konstantin Kurochkin, but, due to extensive practice, the importance and urgency of presence in the Southern Federal District to provide legal services, went on a business trip in Rostov-on-Don. Presentations were made by Head of Group Legal Consulting Irina Vakhterova.

On the second day of the Forum, on 30 September, in Session 2 - The combination of state and customs border. Changes in the system of tariff and non-tariff measures of regulation of foreign economic activity - the Deputy Head of the College, Head of the Working Group on Intellectual Property Expert Council on customs regulation of the Committee on Budget and Taxes Russian State Duma - Oksana Kurochkina on the topic: "The problems of creating a civilized market of intellectual property the Customs Union Russia-Belarus-Kazakhstan".

In the reports of the Bar association were presented the most relevant and pressing issues in determining the customs value and the protection of intellectual property in the Customs Union, as well as examples from the extensive practice of colleagues who are interested in the Forum not only by official bodies, but also business representatives.
