The head of Customs & Corporate Lawyers (Ukraine) took part in the I International Ukrainian forum «Real business against counterfeiting and piracy»

11 June 2013 representative of International network of law companies Customs & Corporate Lawyers the Head of the Customs & Corporate Lawyers (Ukraine) Ksenia Kuptsova took part in the I International Ukrainian forum «Real business against counterfeiting and piracy».

One of the organizers of the Forum was the Chamber of commerce and industry of Ukraine.

The forum gathered the leading international and Ukrainian experts in the protection from counterfeit and pirated content, manufacturers of goods, which are most affected by falsification, and also the largest producers of media content and software.

The discussions were invited prominent experts in the field of protection of copyright and related rights, and combating piracy and copyright holders of the number of producers popular content - software, music, films, TV programs and series.

The participants also discussed such topics as the suppression of piracy and counterfeit production of products in Ukraine, international trends in the fight against couasnterfeiting and piracy, Russian initiatives in the fight against counterfeiting and piracy on the territory of the Customs Union, the application of security measures in protecting intellectual property rights, and others.

The head of the Customs & Corporate Lawyers (Ukraine) Ksenia Kuptsova spoke on the topic «Problems of protection of intellectual property in the Customs Union».
